Hello Professor and Classmates,
This is my first time blogging so this is all new to me. I look forward to future interactions on here with all of you. I took this class so that I can learn more about keeping a healthy balance in my life. If I can open my mind more to new experiences I feel a better me will come out.
I had first played the CD on relaxation in my car on the way home from work. It was a day that was a little troubling. This seemed to have helped me relax at the time and clear my head of the stresses I had earlier encountered. The breathing exercises I I had done in the past but sometimes forget to do. By listening to this it reminded me how important it can benefit the body and mind.
